Together, you’ll debunk common myths, explore the role of calcium, vitamin D, protein, and phytoestrogens, and learn how hydration, mindful eating, and balanced choices can transform how you feel.

Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Tanuja will bring compassionate insight into the emotional landscape of menopause, helping you understand the natural shifts in mood, energy, and identity that often accompany this transition. Through guided reflection, mindfulness, and open dialogue, you’ll gain coping tools to reduce stress, foster connection, and nurture self-compassion.
